HRC Total Solutions, LLC is a TPA of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA. As a recognized leader in our services, we continue to build and expand our talented team of professionals, and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via various communication channels.

This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST (Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business; No weekends)

The rate of pay for this position is $16.00-$20.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Connect with participants via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on plans and services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
• Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve customer questions
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments
• Educate participants on their plan options and guidelines
• Complete assigned daily task: processing returned mail, following up with voicemails, process incoming faxes
• Stay updated on plans and services
• Work closely with Manager and team to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Service-oriented
• Patient and Empathetic
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software; experience with CRM software a plus
• Ability to learn and understand HRCTS' plans
